Stephanie Hipwell - Co-Owner
With over 6 years experience under her belt Stephanie is continually furthering her knowledge in the fitness industry and is eager to pass on what she knows. Steph coaches to each individuals need with a focus on traditional lifting technics, strength and conditioning, pre and post natal care, fat loss, lean muscle building and over all encouraging a healthy balanced lifestyle. Steph studied at the Fitness Institute and offers one-on-one personal training, small group training, and in-gym training programs for men and women. Stephanie has an approachable and fun loving nature and is truly passionate about helping her clients get to their personal best, both physically and mentally.

Zoe Haddad - Co-Owner
Zoe has run her own Exercise Physiology business for the past 8 years, working with general population clients as well as more advanced conditions e.g. Diabetes, Cancer, Injury Prevention/Rehabilitation, Metabolic conditions, Chronic pain, Parkinson’s, Stroke, etc. Department of Veterans Affair (DVA), Medicare EPC plans, and NDIS services also available. Zoe has an extensive background in high level sports, as well as competing as an amateur boxer. Combining her history with resistance training, sport performance, injury management, conditioning, and her easy going & approachable personality, this has given her the perfect tools and practical knowledge to help her clients reach their goals.

Tim Brown – Exercise Physiologist
Tim has been in the industry for over 15 years during his time his primary mission is through movement as a catalyst is to inspire and teach people how to become an evolved, empowered version of themselves. Tim has run his own business for over 10 years, with a holistic openminded approach to movement, health and performance. He believes it is imperative to approach your happiness, health and wellbeing on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. He has SMART NOT MORE approach with focus on teaching you about how things work and giving you the tools to use to ensure you achieve you desired goal. He has a background in various sports and passion for movement and anything outdoors. He is here to guide in how to create new positive habits and behaviours to help you strengthen yourself, and your relationships. With a passion for, and specialising in functional human movement, strength and fitness conditioning, injury management and prevention, weight loss, as well as an extensive background in managing and a diverse range of other medical conditions, he truly would love to help you with what ever your goals may be. Jess Cloke - Personal Trainer - JCFIT
Jess has always been passionate about helping people and is grateful she's in a position that allows her to influence people to become fitter, stronger, healthier, happier and move better. Over the last 10 years, Jess has refined her approach and believes that her clients get the best results when training in a small group environment, alongside like-minded and motivating people. Jess's 45-minute sessions are fun, varied, and focused on helping clients to move better, keep their heart rate high and improve strength through functional exercises. Jacki Hankin - Personal Trainer
Jacki has 4 years experience in Personal and Group Training covering a range of ages. She has been responsible for all daily aspects of running a fitness centre, and has been running an after school program for the past 4 years which involves teaching school aged children different sporting techniques and how to engage in team sports. Jacki's certificate in Nutrition has enabled her to help clients with their nutrition as well as their fitness. Fresh and Healthy Meals has helped her clients stay on track with their nutrition, and it takes the stress out of their weekly schedule.
