Cross Core

Cross Core is a full body workout using your own body weight as resistance, targeting your abdominals and overall core stability. In our class we incorporate cardio interval training. This class can be modified to suit all levels of fitness.

This Abs, Butts & Thighs class focuses on the activation and strengthening of our core and lower body muscles. Ideal for those who wish to target their more common problem areas. Gain stability and feel the muscle burn in this circuit style class.




Instructor: Zoe

Boxing is a high intensity class run by our level 1 boxing coach & Exercise Physiologist Zoe. Matched into appropriate pairs ensures a great workout whilst learning the technical side of boxing, all equipment is supplied for you, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer! 




Instructor: Serena

Serena's yoga classes are a Vinyasa flow where you will be facilitated through a practice that is weaved with breath work and ancient yogic philosophy that has a modern, relatable twist. By offering a space to help open the body up and allow for optimal muscle and joint functionality, yoga is a perfect complement to a more dynamic gym practice. The practice encourages a balance between strength and flexibility for the mind body and spirit, that aims to deepen your understanding and relationship towards yourself that you can carry with you off your mat. Serena was introduced to yoga through her career as a belly dancer and has been practicing yoga now for over a decade. Her practice is highly influenced by her experiences living with Buddhist monks and Indian Sadus where she was trained in mindfulness and meditation. Serena is trained in Yinyasana flow and restorative Yin, with an added background in Naturopathy.


Metabolic Circuit

This early morning 45-minute class incorporates resistance training and body weight exercises in a high intensity, timed circuit format, so each participant can work within their means. Guaranteed to energise you for the end of your working week.

Our Saturday morning bootcamp is the best way to kick-start your weekend. The class varies each week, with the primary focus on building lean muscle mass and burning fat. This is a great way to learn new exercises and techniques to use in the gym. Trust in your coach and come see what is in store for you. All levels of fitness welcome.
